The head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak, named five points of the Ukrainian Peace Formula that should be discussed at the fourth meeting of national security advisers and diplomatic advisers to world leaders in Davos. He wrote about this on Telegram.

According to Yermak, among the participants of this meeting are 81 countries and an international organization. At the previous meeting held in Malta, there were 66 participants.

The head of the OP said that 39 European countries, 18 Asian countries, 12 African countries, 6 South American countries, 3 North American countries, and 2 Oceanian countries delegated their representatives to Davos.

"A good sign is also the constant increase in the number of countries joining the work on a joint action plan based on the Ukrainian Peace Formula. Countries from the Global South region are increasingly joining our work. This indicates an understanding that this conflict in Europe is a challenge for all of humanity," emphasized Yermak.

According to him, "today in Davos, we are talking about the world order and justice."

Yermak expressed gratitude for the hosting of this event to Switzerland, which recently joined the consultations at the adviser level but immediately engaged in the work.

"During the opening of the advisers' meeting, I talked about the consequences of Russia's recent massive rocket attacks on Ukrainian cities, the casualties among civilians, and the destruction of civilian infrastructure," said the head of the OP.

He emphasized that simply stopping the fire will not be the end of Russian aggression in Ukraine but will only give the aggressor a pause to accumulate strength.

"This is definitely not the path to peace. Russians do not want peace. They want dominance. So the choice is simple: either we lose and disappear, or we win and live on. And we are fighting," Yermak declared.

He also reminded that in two years of full-scale war, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have regained over 50% of the territories captured by Russia, and having modest naval forces, they have destroyed one-fifth of the potential of the Russian Black Sea Fleet and secured the Black Sea.

"If international law and the territorial integrity of Ukraine are not restored, any aggressor elsewhere in the world can seize a piece of any country tomorrow and conduct fake elections there. The peace that Ukraine seeks must guarantee its survival, integrity, sovereignty, and the opportunity for development. It must prevent the recurrence of aggression. Together, we have created a comprehensive structure to achieve such peace. Its elements are closely interconnected. And this is the only way," said the head of the Office of the President.

"Today's fourth advisers' meeting in Davos is a logical continuation of the third meeting in Malta, where the first five points of the Ukrainian Peace Formula were considered, namely: nuclear security, food and energy security, the release of detainees and deported persons, including children, the restoration of territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine. We have five more to work on here. Among them: the withdrawal of Russian troops, the restoration of justice, environmental security, prevention of escalation and the repetition of war, confirmation of the end of the war," Yermak noted.

As on Malta, each of these points will be presented by the countries that are co-leaders in the respective tracks of the Formula, he said.

Participants are expected to determine further actions, including agreeing on the format for the Global Peace Summit.

As the head of the Office of the President emphasized, a platform is needed to document specific parts of our comprehensive plan.

"To move forward, we need to agree on the format for holding the Founding Summit for Peace. I hope we can find an acceptable option. This will allow us to start developing detailed roadmaps for each of the Formula points. The leading countries in the respective tracks of the Formula could host thematic conferences to finalize the algorithms for their implementation," he noted.

Yermak expressed gratitude to the founder of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Schwab, the President of the WEF, Borge Brende, and the Swiss Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ignazio Cassis, for their support.

Today, within the framework of the fourth advisers' meeting in Davos, special sessions will also be held to further develop the points of the Peace Formula presented in Malta regarding food security and humanitarian aspects of the war, he added.
