Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valeriy Zaluzhny, today, on November 15, held a conversation with the Chief of the Defense Staff of the Italian Armed Forces, Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone.
This was reported by the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
According to his words, they discussed a range of issues related to bilateral military cooperation and the exchange of experience.
"I invited Admiral Dragone to visit Ukraine and work together at command posts and in the brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine," wrote Zaluzhny.
Zaluzhny and Giuseppe Cavo Dragone separately addressed issues of the routine maintenance of equipment that Italy provided to Ukraine as part of defense assistance packages.
The Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine expressed gratitude to the Italian representative for comprehensive support in countering Russian aggression.
