Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived today, February 27, on a visit to Saudi Arabia. He plans to hold talks with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud.

This was reported by the head of the Ukrainian state on Telegram.

The president stated that the number one topic of the visit is the peace formula. Ukraine already held a meeting in Jeddah at the level of advisors regarding the implementation of this initiative last year.

"Right now, we are approaching the first peace summit, and we are counting on continued active support from Saudi Arabia," added Zelensky.

According to the president, the second topic is the return of prisoners and deported individuals. The leadership of Saudi Arabia has already assisted in the release of Ukrainians.

"I am confident that this meeting will also yield results," he emphasized.

Additionally, the head of state plans to discuss prospective directions of economic cooperation and Saudi Arabia's involvement in Ukraine's recovery from the consequences of Russian aggression.
