Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, the SBU has identified almost 100 sabotage and reconnaissance groups and detained more than 300 collaborators.

During this period, due to the intervention of the Ukrainian special services, sabotage and reconnaissance group was liquidated, which planned to assassinate the President of Ukraine and commit sabotage in Kyiv and other regions.

Work on neutralizing internal threats to state security continues 24/7, and only in recent days the SBU has completed the following operations:

In the Zhytomyr region:

A group of 6 people was neutralized, who "dispersed" hostile propaganda on social networks and conducted agitation conversations with citizens.

In addition, they justified the missile bombings of Ukrainian invaders and the killing of civilians. They spread disinformation about the situation at the front, including denying the invaders' crimes in Mariupol.

In Kyiv:

Two residents were detained for "knocking out" premium-class cars from the service station owner, allegedly for the needs of the Ukrainian military.

It was established that the attackers demanded from the entrepreneur the keys to the vehicles belonging to the customers of the service station. In case of refusal, the bandits threatened the businessman with physical violence.

During the searches, several units of automatic weapons with ammunition were seized from one of the attackers.

In the Volyn region:

The illegal sale of a consignment of bulletproof vests and helmets worth $ 18,000, which were imported to Ukraine as humanitarian aid, was blocked.

In the Cherkasy region:

SBU counterintelligence detained an informant of the Russian invaders. The enemy agent also provided the invaders with information on the movement of military equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
