Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov reminded that the ministry has been working on AI tools for some time. Some have already been integrated into government services, while others are awaiting launch.
Fedorov believes that the launch of a national LLM will lead to even more AI-powered tools. Here’s what’s already known:
-
AI Chatbot "Natalka" – Already operational, helping potential partners integrate Diia services. It handles basic inquiries, suggests integration scenarios, and then transfers communication to a human representative. Results in 5 months: 2,300+ processed requests, reducing manager workload by 30%.
-
AI Assistant in "Diia" – Coming soon to the Diia portal. It will assist users in selecting the right service for specific life situations and answer common questions.
-
AI for Job Vacancy Generation – Helps quickly create structured job descriptions. It can also make vacancies more engaging by adding creative elements.
-
Digital Expertise of Legal Acts – Currently in testing. AI helps legal teams analyze and upload regulatory documents into the system. Results: 35% of acts processed within 72 hours using AI tools.
-
AI Analysis and Translation of EU Legislation – Compares European and Ukrainian laws, significantly simplifying and accelerating the harmonization process—an essential step for European integration.
