This was reported by Oleh Kiper, Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
"The Odessa region has suffered a massive enemy attack on its energy infrastructure, with power outages reported in the northern part of the region. Specialists from DTEK Odesa Electric Grids have already begun working to repair the damage," the statement reads.
