Ukrainian company Energy Trade Group (ETG) has started building a 93 MW wind farm in the Kirovohrad region.
The company announced this on Thursday, April 3.
The first stage includes the installation of three wind turbines from the renowned Danish manufacturer Vestas, with a total capacity of 18.6 MW. The construction is being financed with the support of UkrGazbank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), using financial instruments, including a credit risk guarantee from the EBRD. The total financing for this stage amounts to 26 million euros, including a "green" letter of credit.
