The World Boxing Organization (WBO) has released an updated ranking of super featherweight boxers. Ukrainian boxer from Odessa region, Arnold Hegai has moved up to the first position, having previously been ranked second. The current champion in this division is Robeisy Ramirez, who will face Mexican boxer Rafael Espinoza on November 4.

Khegai's last fight took place on July 22 in the UAE, where he secured a victory over his opponent.
