During the night of June 23 (starting from 18:00 on June 22), Russian forces launched 135 attack UAVs, including Shahed drones (among them jet-powered variants), Gerbera, Italmas, and Parodiya decoy drones from the directions of Oryol, Kursk, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and Millerovo in Russia.
The aerial assault was countered by Ukrainian aviation, air defense missile units, electronic warfare forces, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 08:00, Ukrainian air defenses had shot down or suppressed 118 UAVs, including Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other drone types, across northern, southern, and eastern regions of the country.
Authorities recorded impacts from 13 attack drones at 11 locations, while debris from intercepted drones fell at three additional locations.
