"I am grateful once again, a very significant responsibility. We have very large tasks ahead of us. As you all know, it is to do everything possible for football to develop in Ukraine under such very difficult conditions – full-scale war. We must do everything for this. Prepare the national team, the Olympic team, futsal, women's football. These are all very important directions," said the new president of the UAF.

Shevchenko also announced the association's transition under his leadership to transparent activities. The team of new officials is ready to work, and an independent audit will assess the work of the previous administration. The audit will be conducted by Crowe.
