The call for applications from Ukrainian businesses to participate in the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 (URC2025), scheduled for July 10-11 in Rome, Italy, has officially begun. Ukrainian companies ready to present their achievements, seeking international partnerships, and eager to contribute to Ukraine's recovery process are invited to apply.
Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 is the fourth annual high-level event dedicated to the restoration and long-term reconstruction of Ukraine following Russia's full-scale aggression. Continuing the traditions of previous conferences, URC2025 will showcase Ukraine's progress in reforms, with a focus on economic resilience and the country’s European integration path.
The conference will focus on four key thematic dimensions:
- Business Dimension
- Human Dimension
- Local and Regional Dimension
- European Dimension
Application Process:
Ukrainian private companies are invited to submit their applications. Priority will be given to businesses operating in the following sectors, which have been identified as key government priorities:
- Energy / Renewable Energy
- Infrastructure / Transport / Logistics
- Defense / Strategic Industries
- Manufacturing / Processing / Agriculture
- Critical Materials / Mining Industry
- Innovation / High Technologies / Digital Technologies
Companies with specific achievements (e.g., memorandums of cooperation, B2B agreements with foreign companies, or other international partnerships) will be given preference in presenting their successes and sharing experiences at the conference.
URC2025 will bring together representatives from Ukraine’s allies, international organizations, financial institutions, businesses, regions, municipalities, and civil society. The conference aims to unite efforts to strengthen Ukraine's resilience and accelerate its recovery. In line with the principles of URC, endorsed in Lugano and Berlin, URC2025 will follow an "all-of-society" approach, ensuring broad stakeholder participation.
