Legendary Lithuanian basketball player and president of the Lithuanian Basketball Federation Arvydas Sabonis said that Russia's attack on Ukraine crossed any contacts with the aggressor nation for many years. Sabonis has no doubts that Russian clubs should be excluded from the Euroleague.

Arvydas believes that at least 50 years must pass before Ukrainians can play sports in the same tournament as Russians.

I hardly communicate with Russians. Some apologize; others are silent. But since you have legalized 15 years in prison, what else can we expect for all those who are against the war?
