In Zhytomyr, water supply facilities are non-operational due to power outages caused by a Russian airstrike.
This was reported by "Zhytomyrvodokanal" on Telegram:
"...As a result of the missile attack, Zhytomyr is without power. We are currently connecting our wastewater facilities to generators. Water supply facilities are awaiting the restoration of electricity," the statement reads.
The water utility added that if power is not restored to the water supply facilities by 6:00 PM, they will be connected to alternative power sources.
