In the city of Burshtyn in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, a Belgian delegation led by Count Renaud de Kerchove handed over 11 vehicles for Ukrainian soldiers.

This was reported on Facebook by the Burshtyn City Council.

“Today, Burshtyn welcomed a delegation from Belgium, from the city of Lokresity, led by Count Renaud de Kerchove… They presented 11 vehicles that our Belgian friends delivered to Burshtyn… Together with Count René, they headed east to those who fight for our freedom every day,” the post said.

It was noted that Count Renaud  has, for over a year, been delivering vehicles to the front together with local volunteer Vasyl Shved. They have delivered about a hundred vehicles, which save lives of Ukrainians on the front lines. In Burshtyn, Count Renaud admitted that he admires Ukrainian soldiers, as they defend not only their territory but all of Europe.

“Our communities are similar in many ways — in size, values, and the engagement of people. That is why today we discussed potential partnerships in the social sphere,” the city council added.
