Days of Ukrainian Cinema will be held in Paris from November 22 to 24

Days of Ukrainian Cinema (Les Journées du cinéma ukrainien) will be held in Paris from November 22 to 24. 5 new Ukrainian films will be shown in the very center of the city, in the Cinéma Le Balzac cinema.


The festival's opening film will be Antonio Lukich's "My Thoughts Are Silent" created with the support of the Ukrainian State Film Agency. The film will be presented by the lead actress Irma Vitovska. The programme will also include:

Dmitry Kochnev's culinary travel dock "Borsch. Secret Ingredient": together with chef Yevhen Klopotenko, the viewer will travel to Ukraine in search of the perfect borsch recipe;

Created with the support of the Ukrainian State Film Agency mystical thriller "Egregore" by Stanislav Kapralov, which will immerse the viewer in the secrets of the mysterious order. The film will be presented by the lead actress Olena Lavreniuk;

Vincent Lefebvre's documentary "The Art of the Renaissance" is about French street artist Seth Globepainter, who paints murals in the Donbass, and shows how street art can come to the aid of war-torn city dwellers.

Oleksiy Taranenko's film "I work in the cemetery" will be the festival's closing film. All films of the festival will be presented by members of creative teams that worked on their creation.
