In the area of responsibility of the Joint Forces Task Group Luhansk, the most Russian assault actions are being observed in the Toretsk direction. This was stated by Dmitry Zaporozhets, spokesperson for the operational-tactical group Luhansk, during a TV broadcast.

"In our operational zone, most of the assaults are occurring in the Toretsk direction. According to our data, 26 combat engagements took place (over the past day). The enemy is actively trying to pressure the defense positions. Units from other directions have joined in — the 150th Motorized Rifle Division (Russian Ground Forces). The enemy is actively using all means of pressure on the positions, including FPV drones, artillery, and destroying logistical routes in the Toretsk direction using tactical aviation," Zaporozhets said.

Commenting on the situation in the area of Chasiv Yar, he noted that the Russian activity is currently concentrated in the central part of the city, where the Russian forces conducted two assault operations over the past day.

"The enemy has focused its main efforts on capturing the central part of the city. We are constantly observing the movement of personnel near the 'Avangard' stadium, from where they are trying to apply pressure on the positions of the Defense Forces," the spokesperson explained.

Regarding the Siversky direction, Zaporozhets reported:

"There are no significant changes in this direction at the moment, but the enemy is also active there, specifically ensuring logistics to their positions in order to continue their assault actions."

According to Zaporozhets, there are no signs of a decrease in Russian activity amid negotiations regarding a possible ceasefire.
