The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reports that on the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region, Russian occupiers are planting explosive devices near stationary gas regulation points, electrical substations, and critical infrastructure objects.
These actions indicate their likely intention to destroy critical infrastructure elements when they have to withdraw.
