Defence Intelligence: Russian special services are preparing a new campaign against Ukraine

The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine informs about the preparation by the special services of the aggressor state, Russia, for another information-psychological operation aimed at discrediting the military leadership of our state, including the Ukrainian Military Intelligence.

To implement the new large-scale campaign against Ukraine, the Russians allocated $15 million. The Russian agents have already received instructions to organize the paid production and dissemination in the media space of Ukraine and Western countries of relevant materials.

This involves a series of articles and "films" in which they plan to disclose data about employees of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine involved in coordinating the combat operations of special units of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine.

The goal of the new Russian information attack is:

• Discrediting Ukrainian combat special units, their officers, and employees.
• Blocking the work of agencies developing and executing combat and special tasks against Moscow.
• Creating another factor of social tension in Ukraine.
