As a result of successful actions by unidentified cyber volunteers in Russia, a massive failure occurred in the operation of the internet provider "Akado-Telecom."
This information is reported by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
"This company provides services to a number of state structures of terrorist Russia, including Putin's administration, the FSB, FSO, local government bodies in Moscow and other regions, Sberbank, and other objects," according to Ukrainian intelligence.
Therefore, on January 21 and 22, Russian users began to massively complain about the lack of internet and the inability to contact Akado's customer support.
"As a result of these problems, both in Moscow, where the provider's headquarters are located, and in a number of regions of Russia, the activities of the aggressor's state agencies are significantly impeded or impossible," emphasized the Main Intelligence Directorate.
The exact scale of losses for Russia is being clarified.
