Finland will send Ukraine a new defense aid package worth approximately €98 million, according to YLE citing the Finnish Ministry of Defense.
The new aid package was announced on January 16.
For operational reasons, the Finnish defense ministry is not disclosing details about the contents, delivery method, or timing of the shipment, noting that this is done to ensure the safe delivery of aid to Ukraine.
This is already the 31st aid package that Finland has sent to Ukraine.
The total value of defense equipment provided by Finland to Ukraine now amounts to €3.1 billion.
