How much money does Ukraine spend on the war per month?

Volodymyr Zelensky convened a meeting to discuss the financing of state expenditures, including its own tax revenues and assistance from international partners.

The Ministry of Finance estimates that Ukraine spends about $ 10 billion a month on hostilities.

This was discussed at a meeting of President Volodymyr Zelensky with the economic blocs of the Office of the President and the Cabinet, the press service of the Presidental Office said.

The participants discussed the state of the Ukrainian economy in the second month of resistance to the Russian invasion and considered forecasts for its development in the near future.

Among the meeting topics were sources of funding, including their own tax revenues and assistance from Ukraine’s international partners. In the same context, participants touched on the prospect of moving to a simplified taxation system scheduled for April.
