In particular, 1,464 servicemen and 132 civilians were freed from Russian captivity.

The exchange of prisoners took place with the joint efforts of the Office of the President, the Main Directorate of Intelligence, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the Ministry of Reintegration.

Representatives of the National Information Bureau under the Ministry of Reintegration constantly participated in the meeting of the released persons.

The National Information Bureau provides social support to persons released from captivity and also provides them with primary care.
