In 2022, a total of 43,648 agrarians attracted UAH 95.467 billion of loan funds. UAH 24.722 billion was obtained under a program of state guarantees covering 80% of a loan.

The largest amount of loans was received by farmers in the following regions: Kyiv region (UAH 15.5 billion), Vinnytsia region (UAH 10.2 billion), Kirovohrad region (UAH 8.6 billion), Dnipropetrovsk region (UAH 6.8 billion), Odessa region (UAH 6 billion).

As of today, under the Affordable Loans at 5-7-9% State Program, the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF) has concluded cooperation agreements with 44 banks.

As a reminder, the Government adopted a decision on providing financial support to micro, small and medium-sized businesses for the restoration of production facilities partially or completely destroyed as a result of hostilities. Agricultural enterprises can also rely on such support.

In addition, banks provide loans to businesses in support of energy security: purchase and installation of equipment that ensures uninterrupted operation of a business’s energy system. Lending for such investments is available at an interest rate of 0% per annum.
