According to operative information, as of 18:00 on March 25, 2022, in the temporarily occupied Lugansk, the occupiers placed a military hospital in a local hospital, which is fully occupied by wounded servicemen of the Russian Federation. Part of the hospital is set aside for the storage of corpses due to the fact that the local morgues are overloaded.

At the same time there are facts of criminal activity of the russian military-political leadership, systematic violations of International humanitarian law, norms of humane treatment during the war.

In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine the occupiers continue to terrorize the local population, forcibly deport people to the territory of the russian federation, carry out chaotic shelling of settlements in order to intimidate the local population, seize vehicles and personal belongings.
