In Izyum, Kharkiv region, blocked by the enemy, the invaders absurdly offer the local population to mobilize and join the ranks of the armed forces of the Russian Federation.

This was announced by the chairman of the Kharkiv regional military administration Oleg Sinegubov on the air of the information telethon.

"The enemy even went over to the absurdity that suggests that the local population mobilize and join the ranks of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation … in the city of Izyum. Of course, people, to put it mildly, perceive this proposal with surprise, but no one, according to our information, did not stick on this proposal,” Sinegubov said.

According to him, the evacuation of the civilian population continues, but there are areas where this is impossible due to the aggravation of the military situation.

"We have evacuated more than 50,000 people from the Lozovsky district and continue to evacuate from the city of Barvenkovo, as we predict that hostilities will spread to this territory as well. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are now active in the Izyum direction, holding their positions, some settlements.. Unfortunately, the city of Izyum is under blockade by the enemy and we don’t have the opportunity to build evacuation corridors now, and we don’t have the opportunity to bring humanitarian aid there,” Sinegubov said.
