The Russians are shelling Zaporizhzhia from a distance of up to 60 kilometers. That's why missiles reach the city in 30-40 seconds.
This was stated by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, in an interview to Liga.net.
"They shell from a distance of up to 60 kilometers. Between the 'exits' and 'arrivals,' no more than 30-40 seconds pass. Currently, there are no shelling of Zaporizhzhia with S-300. But the Russians replaced them with Shahed and Iskander, there were Kalibr," the head of the administration said.
However, according to Fedorov, much has already been done to protect Zaporizhzhia from air attacks, and this is already affecting enemy drones.
"That's why many enemy drones remain in landings and fields. But this is not enough. We urgently need air defense systems. We need means to repel enemy aircraft dropping KABs. With these bombs, Russia simply burns down our cities and villages. The enemy is already talking about three-ton KABs - they can destroy entire streets or quarters at once," he emphasized.
