Kharkiv has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the European developer Ten Brinke Group B.V., Mayor Ihor Terekhov announced on Telegram.
“We work daily on the restoration of our city—we do not postpone what can be done now. Our partners understand this strategy. One of the key steps in this direction is signing a memorandum with Ten Brinke Group B.V., one of the most efficient European developers with over 120 years of experience,” Terekhov stated.
According to him, this Dutch company is already providing free assistance to Kharkiv.
“They have unique expertise in creating high-quality social housing, which is urgently needed by Kharkiv residents and aligns perfectly with our vision for the future. Albert ten Brinke, CEO and Chairman of the Board, also confirmed that we are on the right path. We are not just dreaming of reconstruction—we are creating the conditions for Kharkiv to have everything needed for rapid and high-quality rebuilding after the war,” Terekhov emphasized.
