Ukrainian Kozak-5 armored vehicles have been fitted with a combat module from the Spanish company Escribano Mechanical & Engineering.
The new video shared on President Volodymyr Zelensky’s Facebook page showcases the armored vehicle equipped with a combat module designed for a heavy machine gun.
This module features daytime and infrared cameras with autofocus capability, as well as a laser rangefinder. It can automatically track targets, adjust fire, and operate in multiple firing modes.
The vehicle also includes a control panel from Escribano Mechanical & Engineering.
A similar Spanish combat module has been installed on Ukrainian M113 armored personnel carriers. The upgraded M113A3 armored personnel carriers with combat modules have been delivered to the 33rd Separate Mechanized Brigade.
