The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, congratulated his colleague from North Macedonia, Bujar M. Osmani, on his assumption of the position of head of the OSCE and invited him to come to Ukraine.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, wrote this on his Twitter account.
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine also thanked the previous head of the OSCE, Rau Zbigniew, for leading the work of the organization in the most moral way and in the most difficult conditions of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation.
