Lithuanian energy companies will deliver a new tranche of humanitarian aid to Ukraine in the form of energy equipment, with a total value exceeding 50 million euros.

The humanitarian shipment from the companies includes more than 300 pieces of crucial equipment, including from the Vilnius CHP-3, which will help in the restoration of Ukraine's energy infrastructure.

"Lithuania is not just a partner, but a reliable friend of Ukraine, supporting us since the first days of Russia's full-scale aggression. The equipment provided by Lithuanian companies will help energy workers restore the energy infrastructure damaged by Russian attacks and bring light and heat back to thousands of Ukrainian homes. We thank our partners for this support," emphasized the Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Herman Halushchenko.

Since March 2022, Ukraine has received 80 shipments of energy equipment from Lithuania, with a total weight of over 1,445 tons, including powerful autotransformers, current and voltage transformers, power transformers, backup power stations, and other equipment for repairs.
