The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine stated that the only solution to protect Ukrainian cities from Russian shelling is to grant Ukraine the ability to attack military targets on Russian territory, commenting on the recent large-scale night attack.
"Tonight, Russia conducted one of the largest drone attacks to date, using almost a hundred Shahed drones. Additionally, one missile was launched from the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region. Ukrainian defenders successfully downed all 89 drones.," the ministry's Twitter message said on Wednesday.
