The InPost network in the United Kingdom has over 7,000 parcel lockers located in even the most remote areas of the country. Customers can select their desired parcel locker using convenient digital tools: on the website, through the business portal, or the multilingual Nova Poshta mobile app.
Parcels weighing up to 15 kg and measuring no more than 41 x 38 x 64 cm can be sent through the parcel lockers.
To send a parcel via a parcel locker, you must:
- Create an international shipment on the website or in the mobile app, specifying that it will be sent via a parcel locker.
- Pay for the delivery online.
- Receive a QR code.
- Scan the QR code at the selected parcel locker.
- Place the packaged parcel into the open compartment.
If you receive a parcel at a parcel locker in the United Kingdom, keep in mind that the storage period is 2 days. After this, the parcel will be moved to Nova Poshta's sorting depot in London, and the recipient will be notified by SMS.
