Nova Poshta has inaugurated its first branch in Manchester, marking the company's third location in the United Kingdom alongside two branches in London, according to the company's press service.

The new branch, located at 149 Cheetham Hill Rd, Cheetham Hill, Manchester, offers services for sending and receiving documents, parcels, and cargo weighing up to 100 kg.

Courier delivery is also available. Delivery times to Ukraine start from five days.

Since December last year, customers have also been able to easily and quickly receive and send parcels weighing up to 15 kg through 7,000 InPost lockers across the United Kingdom. The necessary locker can be chosen via the website, business cabinet, or the multilingual Nova Poshta mobile app.

"We are systematically developing all delivery channels to meet the diverse needs of our customers: scaling our own network, expanding courier delivery, adding new service points like parcel locker shipping, and constantly offering new services. Our goal is to minimize the waiting time and unnecessary movements between the customer and their parcel. We’ve already launched a service that lets customers select a convenient time slot for a courier to pick up their shipment from the address on the same day. This year, we also plan to open new parcel collection points across the country," said Oleksandr Lysovets, CEO of Nova Post Europe.

It’s worth noting that Nova Poshta opened its first two branches in London in 2024. Both locations operate without days off and are at the following addresses:

  • Postal branch (up to 30 kg): 42 Fleet St, Temple, EC4Y 1BT
  • Cargo branch (up to 1000 kg): Unit 7, Falcon Court, St. Martin’s Way, SW17 0JH
