In one of the equestrian sports complexes in Odessa, at the initiative of the psychological service of the State Emergency Service of Odessa region, such sessions have been taking place for our colleagues repeatedly. Yesterday, as part of the implementation of the project "Psychological Practices Point," a therapy session was held for the emergency service explosive experts who recently returned from demining de-occupied territories, according to the announcement.

Initially, the individuals familiarized themselves with the horses, and then they performed a series of exercises while riding. They regained strength, lifted their spirits, and experienced positive emotions—all within just an hour of equine therapy.
