As noted, the so-called ceremony will be held in the Kremlin at 15:00 Moscow time.
“There will be a voluminous speech by President Putin at this event. This is not a message from the president to the Federal Assembly, it is very important not to confuse it. This is a different format, the message from the president will take place later, and we will inform about it in a timely manner,†Peskov said.
According to him, the Russian Federation will "accept" four new territories, which allegedly "held referenda and addressed the Russian side with a corresponding request."
