Day 367 of the full-scale Russian invasion continues.

On February 25, the adversary launched 6 missiles and 5 air strikes. The invaders launched 10 MLRS attacks. Settlements were targeted and civilians were wounded.

The threat of further Russian missile attacks across Ukraine remains high.

Volyn, Polissya, Siversk, and Slobozhansk axes: no significant changes, and no adversary offensive groups were found. The enemy shelled the vicinities of settlements of Stukalivka, Pavlivka, Hyrine, and Katerynivka (Sumy region), Starytsya, Vovchansk, Ohirtseve, and Bolohivka (Kharkiv region). The occupants launched air strikes in the vicinities of Veterinarne and Rubizhne.

Kupyansk and Lyman axes: the adversary conducted unsuccessful offensives in the vicinities of settlements of Masyutivka, Nevske, Bilohorivka, Spirne, Fedorivka, as well as in the vicinity of Serebryanske forestry. The invaders fired artillery at the vicinities of Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Hryanykivka, Kupyansk, Kyslivka, Berestove (Kharkiv region), Makiivka, Nevske, Dibrova, and Bilohorivka (Luhansk region). Enemy air strikes were reported near Hryanykivka and Spirne.

Bakhmut axis: the adversary continues to attack the positions of Ukrainian troops, making several unsuccessful attempts near the settlements of Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Berkhivka, Ivanivske, and Pivnichne (Donetsk region). The vicinities of 18 settlements were shelled. Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, Kurdyumivka, Ozaryanivka, and New York (Donetsk region).

Avdiivka and Shakhtarske axes: the adversary conducted offensive operations in the vicinities of Avdiivka, Vodyane, Pervomais'ke, Mar'inka, and Novomykhailivka but was unsuccessful. The invaders fired artillery at the settlements of Avdiivka, Vodyane, Hostre, Heorhiivka, Marinka, Novomykhailivka, Vuhledar, and Prechystivka (Donetsk region).

Zaporizhzhia axis: the vicinities of 12 settlements were shelled, including Vremivka, Novopil (Donetsk region); Olhivske, Malynivka, Hulyaipole, Bilohirya, Kamyanske (Zaporizhzhia region); Marhanets, and Nikopol (Dnipropetrovsk oblast).

Kherson axis: Novoberyslav (Kherson region), and the city of Kherson were targeted by artillery fire from Russian occupation forces.

In the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts, Russian occupants are increasing pressure on the civilian residents and conducting searches of homes. According to reports, Russians have set up a torture chamber in the town of Vasylivka (Zaporizhzhia oblast), where pro-Ukrainian citizens are being held.

Starting March 1, 2023, all units of the so-called "law enforcement agencies" in Donetsk region will operate under Russian law. Due to this, the dismissal of servicemen of the 1st Army Corps (Horlivka), which has reached the end of their military service terms, has been announced.

On February 25, Ukrainian Air Force launched 4 air strikes on the concentrations of Russian troops and military equipment.

Ukrainian missile and artillery troops attacked 2 concentrations of enemy troops, 1 radar station, and 1 electronic warfare station.
