OSINT researcher M.T. Anderson has published new images of the main base of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.

According to his findings, the port is packed to capacity with Russian military ships.

The fleet has even occupied some civilian and border guard docks.

There are also signs of work on creating a new berth, though it is unclear whether this is aimed at dispersing the ships or improving the port infrastructure.

At the same time, Anderson notes relatively low activity at the docks themselves.

This suggests that the fleet rarely receives combat missions.
