More than 85% of all targets on the front line are currently being struck by drones, said Oleksandr Kamyshin, Presidential Advisor on Strategic Issues.

“Last year, Ukraine produced over 2.2 million drones. As of now, more than 85% of all targets at the front are hit by drones,” he stated at the Third International Defense Industry Forum (DFNC3) on Monday, reports Interfax.

Kamyshin also quoted President Volodymyr Zelensky, noting that Ukraine’s long-range strike drones have “set Russia ablaze” and “helped push the war onto enemy territory,” citing recent strikes in Belgorod and Bryansk.

The presidential advisor emphasized that Russia currently threatens Europe with hybrid warfare, and “so far, only two countries on the continent know how to operate drones effectively” — Ukraine and Russia.

“Believe me, someday Russia could carry out a large-scale drone attack across Europe. Until then, we must be prepared,” Kamyshin added.
