Many Russian units today have losses in personnel already reaching more than 60%.

For 1.5 months of partial mobilization, Russia managed to "plug holes" in a number of bridgeheads.

As military observer Aleksandr Kovalenko reported on FREEDOM, we are talking about the Kherson, Donetsk and Lugansk directions.

"What is this" plugging holes "? In almost all BTGs of the occupiers, some units require immediate withdrawal to restore combat capability. The expert explained that " restoring combat capability is a situation when a particular unit loses more than 40% of its personnel or equipment, and it cannot continue to take part in hostilities," the expert explained.

Many Russian units today have more than 60% losses in personnel, but, Kovalenko notes, they are not being withdrawn from the combat zone.

"And in order to compensate for losses, they use partially mobilized without withdrawing from the combat zone. That is, partially mobilized are brought to the line of contact and replenish the personnel of one or another unit," Kovalenko added.

According to the expert, this is not a full-fledged restoration since the necessary amount of equipment is missing. Losses in personnel are compensated, nothing more.

"This is not of high quality, it is not professional. In addition, this resource has an inferior set of equipment," Kovalenko emphasized.
