The government has decided to include the industrial park “Nosivski Farmsteads” in the Register of Industrial Parks.
This was reported by the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture.
The park has been established for a period of 30 years in the city of Nosivka, Nizhyn district, Chernihiv region. The initiative comes from the Nosivka City Council.
According to the ministry, the total area of the industrial park is 14.1651 hectares. The project aims to create approximately 700 new jobs in the processing industry. To develop the park, the initiator plans to attract nearly UAH 716 million from various sources.
According to the concept, the park’s development will involve investments from the initiator, funds from the managing company, state incentives, private financing, investments from future participants, and other entities. The Nosivka City Council plans to spend UAH 0.5 million from its own budget to start the project.
The “Nosivski Farmsteads” park will host enterprises in the following sectors:
- Food production;
- Alternative energy;
- Scientific and technical activities.
