Belgium today, on March 29, has allocated assistance to Ukraine for the servicing of F-16 fighters, which the Armed Forces of Ukraine will receive in the near future.

This was reported by the Minister of Defense Ludivine Dedonder.

"The Council of Ministers has approved the 25th aid package to Ukraine," the minister's statement said.

According to her, Ukraine will receive an additional 100 million euros.

They are necessary for the technical maintenance and support of the F-16.

Last year, Denmark and the Netherlands promised to provide Ukraine with 61 F-16 fighters. To begin deliveries, pilots and service personnel need to undergo appropriate training. Ukraine, for its part, needs to prepare the necessary infrastructure for the fighters.
