Russian military has made some progress on certain fronts in the zone of responsibility of the Joint Forces Operation  'Tavria' since the beginning of October.

Colonel Olexander Shtupun, the spokesperson for the united press center of the Tavriya Defense Forces, announced this during a televised marathon.

According to him, Russia has a significant advantage due to its numerical strength.

"Since October 10, when the enemy intensified its activities, it has advanced in some places by 1.5-2 km. However, this progress came at a high cost to them. In a little over two months, only in Donetsk region (in the JFO 'Tavria' zone of responsibility), the enemy has lost almost 25,000 personnel as killed and wounded, with about 200 tanks and over 400 other armored vehicles destroyed. 80% of this is on the Avdiivka direction," he said.
