Russia's strikes on the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, the Kharkiv Thermal Power Plant, and hydraulic structures in Kryvyi Rih are a direct terrorism on the part of the country and its leadership.

This was said by Andrii Yusov, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, on the air of "Espreso" TV channel. 

"putin's statements are important aspect, because an important component of a terrorist organization is taking responsibility when terrorists say they have committed a crime. putin, as the leader of a terrorist state, has confirmed his status to the whole world and said that russia purposefully hits targets of critical infrastructure, energy infrastructure, civilian facilities of Ukraine. On the eve of winter, to leave millions of people without electricity, without heating, without transport links, in order to destroy the possibility of functioning of the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine," the representative of Ukraine' military intelligence emphasized. 

According to Andrii Yusov, the terrorist country is also destroying the civilian infrastructure of our state because it has not had an adequate number of high-precision weapons for a long time.  

"russia is firing X-class missile at Ukraine - these are obsolete soviet missiles that mainly destroy civilian infrastructure, like the S-300 complexes, which should work as an air defence system, but are used against ground targets. They hardly harm defence targets, but civilian infrastructure is being destroyed," the DIU representative said.
