Major General Kyrylo Budanov, Chief of the Defense Ministry of Ukraine, told Reuters about the peculiarities of mobilization in Russia.
"Russia is replenishing its armed forces through covert mobilization, so it makes no sense to wait until its offensive potential is exhausted," said the head of Ukrainian military intelligence, noting that he believed Ukraine could win over Russia only with military force.
âThe strategy is very simple. Stabilize the situation. To get the necessary amount of equipment and prepare the required amount of forces and means to launch a counteroffensive to return our entire territory," said the head of the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine.
"We should not expect miracles that they will get tired, stop wanting to fight and so on. We are regaining our territory due to our counteroffensive,â said Major General Kyrylo Budanov.
