Defense forces struck the Russian port of Olya, destroying munitions supplied from Iran

The Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked the seaport Olya in the Astrakhan region (Russia), striking a vessel carrying drone components and Iranian munitions.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the operation was carried out on August 14 by Special Operations units in coordination with other components of the Defense Forces.

"According to available information, the vessel 'Port Olya 4,' loaded with components for Shahed-type UAVs and Iranian munitions, was struck. The results of the strike are being confirmed," the General Staff reported.

The military also noted that the Russians use the port of Olya as an important logistics hub for delivering military supplies from Iran.
