In Odessa region, Russian forces attacked civilian infrastructure on the morning of January 20.
The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, reported on Telegram:
“At dawn, the enemy once again cynically struck Odessa’s civilian infrastructure. The attacks targeted residential areas and energy facilities.”


In Chornomorsk, a drone hit a multi-story residential building, damaging the facade and windows. No casualties have been reported so far, and details are being confirmed.
In Odessa district, an energy infrastructure facility was damaged, with no reported casualties.
Emergency and utility services are working at the sites of the attacks.
