In Mykolaiv, 44 residential buildings have been disconnected from heating again.

This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim.

"The consequences of the Russian attack on the thermal power plant continue. A system failure occurred in the morning. 44 residential buildings have been disconnected," Kim wrote.

According to him, restoration work is already underway.

On the night of February 16, as a result of Russian shelling, the local thermal power plant's electricity generation was completely destroyed. 46,000 subscribers were left without heat. Five apartment buildings, shops, and a food establishment were also damaged, and a man was injured.

To provide residents with heating, they were switched to alternative power sources, and modular boiler stations provided by the Danish government were deployed.

Also yesterday, on February 19, the Russian forces carried out five artillery strikes on the Kutsurub community. As a result of one of the attacks, two residential buildings in the village of Kutsurub were damaged. There were no casualties.

Also yesterday, on February 19, at 09:21, the Russian forces shelled the waters of the Ochakiv community with artillery. There were no casualties.

In addition, at 09:23, the Russian forces launched a missile attack on Mykolaiv district from tactical aviation aircraft. There were no casualties or destruction.

Later that day, around 16:00, the Russian forces directed an unidentified UAV, likely jet-powered, at Mykolaiv district. After it crashed in an open area of an industrial facility, the blast wave damaged the enterprise’s administrative building. There were no casualties.
