For the first time since the declaration of Ukraine's independence, an Honorary Consulate of the Italian Republic has been opened in Odesa.
The consulate's jurisdiction covers the Odessa, Kherson, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions, as well as the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
"Odessa has historical ties to Italy, with Italian artists such as Georgi Torichelli, Alexander Bernardazzi, Francesco and Giovanni Frapoli, Francesco Morandi, and others contributing to architectural masterpieces that continue to grace the city. The Odesa region has always been open to dialogue with Italian representatives, and the Odesa Regional Military Administration is ready to provide comprehensive support to the work of the Honorary Consulate," emphasized Oleg Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration.
The office of the diplomatic representation is located on the first floor of the building at 7 Pushkinska Street
