A combined Russian attack on Kyiv has left four people dead and at least 19 injured, with damage reported in four districts of the capital, Mayor Vitalii Klitschko said on Telegram.

“Currently, four fatalities are confirmed. Nineteen people were injured. Fourteen of them were hospitalized by medics, while the others received assistance on site,” Klitschko reported. One of the victims was a medical worker, while four other medical personnel were injured in the attack.

Critical infrastructure was damaged, leading to disruptions in electricity and water supply in several districts of the city.

In the Darnytskyi district, a UAV fell into the courtyard of a residential building. A nearby single-story shop was partially damaged, and windows were shattered in a neighboring nine-story apartment block. Drone debris also sparked fires in two residential buildings and several garages.

The Desnianskyi district sustained significant damage after a UAV struck the roof of an 18-story residential building, causing a fire. Another fire broke out in a five-story apartment building, while smoke filled the stairwell of a nearby residential block. Damage was also reported on the grounds of a shopping center and a sanatorium.

In the Dniprovskyi district, UAV debris landed on the roof of a single-story non-residential building. Fires erupted in a 16-story and a nine-story residential building, and the blast wave partially destroyed the roof of a three-story apartment block. Debris was also found on a playground in a residential courtyard and near a tram depot.

In the Pecherskyi district, falling drone fragments partially destroyed the facade of a nine-story residential building and damaged a non-residential multi-story structure.

Emergency and rescue services are continuing to operate at all affected locations as the city deals with the aftermath of the attack.
