Slava Balbek, founder of the balbek bureau and project manager of RE:Ukraine, will speak at a conference of the Fondazione dell’Ordine degli Architetti.
The event will be dedicated to architecture in emergencies, including Russia's war against Ukraine. The event will be attended by local architects, government officials and non-profit organizations.
